I apply different aspects of my training and counselling experience depending on your needs. Taking a person-centred approach (which means I follow the pace and needs of the client) I listen closely and am non-judgemental. I offer support and understanding, in a non-critical way, and can help you to explore areas of your thinking and behaviour where you may be experiencing difficulty.
I undertake long-term work as well as short-term, goal-oriented work. Both long and short term work often leads to those I see taking decisions and making changes to their lives.
