Down-to-earth counselling for when things are difficult

 

I am a professional counsellor and work in an integrative way. This means I adapt the approach that I am using to you. I am trained in areas including CBT, solution focused therapy and narrative therapy.

 

Using a person-centred approach, I follow your needs and work at your pace.

 

I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellor and Psychotherapists (BACP).

 

I provide a calm, safe and supportive environment for you to explore whatever you choose. I work mainly with women and with a huge range of issues, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, bereavement and workplace stress.

 

I am also a fully qualified supervisor and work as a supervisor of other counsellors.

Location and fees

My counselling practice is based in Bishopston, on the west side of the Gloucester Road. I work weekdays and evenings (evening slots are currently full), and Saturday mornings. I offer a free initial 30-minute consultation. Fees thereafter are £50 for a 50-minute session.

 

Fees for supervision are £50 for a 60-minute session with concessionary rates for charitable organisations and counsellors starting up in private practice.
